Log Cabin

The Log Cabin has 3 suites, each with a private bath, cable TV, individual heat and A/C, exterior door or balcony. And the shared living room with gas fireplace, dining area and full kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. The Log Cabin is both rustic and modern, a place where you are sure to be comfortable.

Whether you stay overnight or for a full week, enjoy our Wolf room or  Wildflower room, each with a large private balcony to watch the sunrise or sunset.  Or you could choose the Woodsy on the main floor with its fully handicapped accessible facility... wide doors, separate outside door to large deck surrounding the entire cabin, and private handicapped equipped bathroom. 

In the evenings, plan to sit back and relax in the parlor.  On chilly evenings the gas fireplace will add extra coziness.   If you stop in at the local market to pick up some food, you can prepare your own meals in the common kitchen.  Or just head next door to the Gift Shop for soup & sandwich, coffee and rolls, or great sweets and ice cream. Don't forget, the cabin's kitchen includes a waffle maker with mix with syrup for your breakfast each morning.

This is a place for all-ages.  Enjoy the peaceful rural setting with its sights, sounds, and aromas.  Hear the birdsong at daybreak and eventide.   Watch the hawks soar.  Once in awhile an eagle, too.  But if you simply must remain in touch with the hustle of urban events bring your cell phone and laptop to finish off those necessary tasks before you get back to real relaxin'.
